PERPETUAL Altas starts training for Season 96


The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA Altas immediately return to training after ending their NCAA Season 95 campaign with 5 -13 win loss card.
Head Coach Frankie Lim gives his wards a two week break after their last assignment wherein they lost to San Sebastian College-Recoletos, 99-94, at the Fil Oil Flying V Centre in San Juan City.
The Las Piñas City-based cagers starts their preparation with an 18-man team that includes holdovers Benedict Adamos, Jielo Razon, Kim Aurin, Ton Ton Peralta, Nathan Sevilla, Jasper Cuevas, Jeff Egan, Lean Martel, James Labarda, Lele Guisanni, Mario Barasi Jr , Ramlee Lanoy and Deo Lucero as well as comebacking Kit Jimenez.
New recruits Fil-am Nikko Paranada from San Diego California and Fil-am Jethro Moll, Lance Jomalesa and Steven Carl Flores from Aklan are now eligible to play for the Altas after fulfilling their one year residency requirements.
“We are now back in training and pre-season game entry are our preparation for Season 96, this time, we are All-Filipino teams, I foresee a pretty much good fight with nine other teams,” Lim said
Paranada is a replacement for point guard Edgar Charcos, who finished his collegiate hoops career and is now playing for Bacolod in the MPBL. Moll and Flores will beef up the teams’ defensive side.
